This is the worst healthcare experience you could have. The front desk staff are especially difficult to deal with. If you’re unlucky enough to be seen by Dr. Wachal, I truly don’t know what to say other than be prepared for a rude awakening. Even during a simple shot, his hands appear to be shaking, which makes you wonder about what it would be like during anything more involved, like a procedure or surgery.Overall, the care feels unprofessional, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who wants steady hands and professional work.I also had an issue with Dr. Kielman (or however his name is spelled), who made a comment referencing Michael Jackson in a way that felt racially charged and dismissive—meant to minimize my concerns rather than address them.This is one of the worst places you could choose to visit.
This is the worst experience you will ever have, especially with the front desk staff, and if you’re unlucky enough to come in contact with one Dr. Wachal, be sure to pray because you will be in for a rude awakening. I don’t know how this man got this job but his hands will be shaking even when he is just administering a shot, imagine what will happen when he is doing a surgery? He will make you regret the day you met him. He is horrible at this & I don’t recommend this place to anyone looking for steady hands & professional work done. The other Dr. Meek or whatever his name is…will reference Micheal Jackson to minimize your concerns. It’s one of the worst places you could ever visit!

Phenomenal experience from front to back. Easy to check in, the Dr Kleiman thoroughly explained what to expect and what was needed to achieve the effect I wanted. Will definitely return for my next jeuveau treatment!

Our 4-year-old son suffered a laceration across his eyebrow after a fall at daycare. Due to the location of the injury, our pediatrician immediately referred us to Anne Arundel ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery. We were incredibly grateful that they were able to see him the very same day.

Understanding the urgency of the situation, the office manager went above and beyond to rearrange the surgical schedule and secure the first available appointment the following morning.
