I had a septoplasty back in october last year, and my septum decided to start shifting itself back. I was in severe pain, and I had pressures throughout my face and I was breathing as if I was in a sauna with a plastic bag over my head. Dr. Wachal did everything right the first time, but my septum just had a mind of its own. Regardless of the type and the amount of pain and pressures I was suffering, my surgeon did not give up on me. And we tried various non-surgical ways over the course of one year to try to help me and when it seemed like surgery was unavoidable, Dr. Wachal took his time to check all the boxes and to ensure that I got the best of care. I am 4 days post up today and am free of any type of pain whatsoever, I don't even feel like I have sutures in my nose, and I was operated on literally 4 days ago.
